Tropical Tech Labs builds and manages private AI assistants for our customers. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to provide the service.

What we collect. When you enquire, we collect the details you share with us (such as your name, email, and what you'd like your assistant to help with) so we can design and set up your assistant. For active customers, we store the information you choose to give your assistant — your preferences, documents, and context.

How we use it. Solely to build, run, and improve your assistant, and to communicate with you about your service. We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers needed to run your assistant.

Your AI key & conversations. Your assistant runs privately for you. Your conversations are yours; we access them only when needed to support or improve your assistant, or when you ask us to.

Your choices. You can ask us to update or delete your data, or cancel your service, at any time — just email us.
