Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data PT Tropical Tech Labs collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We are a limited liability company (PT PMA) registered in the Republic of Indonesia, NIB 2808250111174, with our registered office at Dua Vila Kelapa, Jalan Melasti, Purwa Kerthi, Kecamatan Abang, Karangasem, Bali 80852, Indonesia. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and website address, plus anything you write in your message.
• Chat assistant. The messages you send to the assistant on this website, and any contact details you provide during that conversation.
• WhatsApp. If you message our business number, we receive your WhatsApp display name, phone number and the content of your messages.
• Email. Whatever you send us.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to provide services you have asked about, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Who processes it for us

We use third-party services to run our business. They process data on our behalf under their own terms:

• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management system. Contact form submissions, chat conversations and WhatsApp messages are stored there.
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business messaging.
• Hostinger — email hosting for our domain.
• Google — our business listing and, where you contact us through it, associated messaging.

Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia, including in the United States and the European Union.

Artificial intelligence

Our website chat and WhatsApp replies are generated by an AI assistant. It answers questions about our company and services. At any point you can type TALK or BICARA and a human will take over the conversation. The assistant will never ask you for passwords, payment details or verification codes — if you receive such a request, it is not from us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or stop using it. Email us and we will action the request.
